Question: please ley me know the best eye surgeon for phaco surgery(eye lens replacement)at coimbatore city,tamil nadu,india.cost is not a matter.quality matters
Answers: Sorry but I don't know any eye surgeons in India. I would recommend you contact the licensing board of ocular surgeons in India and ask for a list of qualified surgeons. Then go in to two or three and 1) look at their facility 2) interview the doctor as to the number of surgeries he performs and credentialing 3) get a feel for how confident you feel with the surgeon. Find a surgeon who does a lot of surgery, a lot of cataract surgery. His hands will be used to the surgery, used to the feel, and your 'case' will be relatively simple for him. There are a lot of 'best' surgeons. There are a lot of ' first to do this or that surgery in the world...surgeons . You just need someone who does this all the time.
