Hey. I'm very nearsighted. I was wondering if i should play computer with or without my glasses.??
Question: Which one is better for my eyes? If i wear my glasses, i can sit farther from the pc, if i dont wear glasses i need to get close- about 1foot from the pc.

that's bad for your eyes, you should be atleast an arm's length from the computer. If you can't see from there, then just wear glasses.
Wear your glasses then. You don't want to be any closer to the radiation than you have to. I sit about 2-3 feet from my monitor. (and i wear glasses all the time)
It is possible to increase the font to suit your vision, on your PC You can try that as well, until you are comfortable.
I have the same problem-and I spend 10-12 hours a day in front of seven monitors at work. I suggest wearing your glasses but sitting back as far from the screen as you can. But your eyes also need breaks, which is hard to remember when you're in the middle of Everquest or Dragon Fable. Your eyes HAVE to focus and refocus, so whenever you're waiting for a scene to load or something, sit back for a minute and stare off at the far wall, then close your eyes, and get back to your game. That will give them the rest they need, but keep you gaming!
