Question: i have got a spot IN my eye. not on my eyelid but IN my eye.
the spot is in the right eye which is also quite red.
i am 14 years old.
could it be because i wear mascara and eyeliner???
what shall i do???
i phoned my doctor and the RECEPTIONIST said its just hay fever. i didn't notice the spot till TODAY so i didn't tell her i had a spot. she gave me some eye drops.
my eye is still red and has a spot in it.
my worst fear is that can i get BLIND
can i get blind
what shall i DO?

Answers: NO YOU WILL NOT , just go to the doctor and then tell me what he told you , deal ?
You mean you have like a bloody spot in your eye? Like a little red patch in the white of your eye? It'll just be a little burst blood vessel, it could be from irritation as a result of hayfever or wearing too much eye makeup. Hold off on the cosmetics for a couple of days and STILL go see your doctor just to make sure.
Don't worry, you won't go blind.
It'e best to go to the doctor and the doctor will write prescriptions for your eyes.
To me, it looks like you have a pink eye . This is a cause of bacteria that went into your eye. It'll go away in time. It's definitely not about mascara and eyeliner and you will not go blind.
If the spot is on the white part of your eye (the sclera), it's probably not a huge emergency, but should be checked out. If it is on the clear part of your eye (the cornea) that covers the iris and pupil, it is an emergency. Either way, you should have your eye checked by your optometrist.
