Why do u pupils in your eyes change like sometimes one is bigger than the other or smaller??

Answers: What you are describing is a condition called anisocoria. Anisocoria can occur in some people simply because that's the way your are. Assymmetry is not an unusual thing to see in people. For instance, one ear is larger than the other. Or one eye is lower than the other. BUT, anisocoria can be a sign of problems. Several neurological conditions can cause anisocoria such as Adie's tonic pupil, Marcus-Gunn pupil, etc. I have also read of an unusual case where anisocoria occurred associated with a lung tumor. Now don't start worrying about a lung tumor. Just thinking out loud. Damage or trauma to one pupil can also cause assymmetry. There are also household chemicals that can cause dilation of the eye if one transfers the chemical to the eye by rubbing with a contaminated hand or finger. Many insecticides can do this. It is a little confusing, though, in regard to your statement about the pupil being larger one time and then smaller the next. Don't know of anything that would cause this other than maybe one time you got a chemical in one eye and then the next the other. Just don't know on that one.

To know for sure whether you have a normal type assymmetry in the size of your pupils or there is an underlying etiology you need to go in and have your eye doctor check it out. Without specific training in testing pupils you simply will not be able to know without professional assessment. As in all things, don't worry! Be concerned and check it out though. Hope this helped.
It is a neurological disfunction. See a neurologist and find out what is causing this. Mine was due to Multiple Sclerosis.
Diffeent sized pupils indicate some malfunction biologically. Please, please, see a doctor.
pupils allow the eyes to take up light. when their is too much light, the pupils become smaller because tto much light is coming into the eyes. when theyre is no light or low light, the pupils become biggger because theyre searchingn for light.
