What is the best eye moisturizure??
Answers: Artificial tears. Just about any over the counter artifical tears would work (not the get-out-the-red types -- those just constrict your blood vessels temporarily).
Refresh by Allergan, and Systane (by Alcon?) are used a lot at the eye doctor's office I work in.
For really dry eyes, they even have thicker drops. Or ointments that are meant more for use right before bedtime. And it's more beneficial to use the drops regularly whether you feel you need them or not. If you wait until you have symptoms of dry eyes, then you've waited too long. Two to four times a day is a good routine.
My eye Dr. reccomended Refresh Plus for dry eye.. It's very moisturising...
You can buy it at CVS or any drug store.
