Acuvue 2 or Acuvue advanced??
Question: I am currently using Encore Premium and i need another brand...which one should i use. Acuvue 2 right now as this moment is almost the same as Encores...and is Lens.com a good site to buy them??? (the Advances)
Answers: I would say you need to use the contacts that your Doctor feels are best for you! O^O
Acv 2 are a little Cheaper then the Adv, a year supply genearly running abour 148 as apposed to closer to 200....but you'll get a lot more breathing and moiuster out of the Adv.

Acuvue II has been a very popular lens. The newer lens is the Acuvue Advance, which has a silicone base for water retention and comfort. Your Optometrist will give you trials to wear so that you can decide which is more comfortable, since both are excellent lenses. Living in dry climates can affect these types of lenses. It is my understanding that Costco offers the best prices and they stock them.
