My eyes are red and watery ??
Question: what should I do ?
Answers: my be your sleepy or you been on the computer to long or watching tv to long.

It sounds to me like you got some sort of allergy to something that you either put on your face or hair or you are allergic to a pollen of some sort. Your doctor can help you understand this better.
the best way is consult a doctor.... yeah, maybe u got allergy but u don't know how serious is it.....or maybe it is caused by virus...then, doctors know more
Go stick your face under a tap and rinse them thoroughly with cold water.
I've had allergies for years, my eyes would be ver irritated and this helped them.

are you also photo phobic? then its More likely
you have to go see the doctor and gets some antibiotic drops...

Wow.. it could be anything. Bacterial infection, viral infection, allergies, inflammation, contact lens overwear etc... What you need to do depends on what is causing it. Go and see your Dr! and in the meantime wash your hands often. He/she will ask questions like is it one eye or both? does it itch? How long has it been this way? Do you wear contacts? Do you sleep in contacts? Do you have any discharge out of your eyes? are you sensitive to light?
