What could be the ways to prevent my eyes have eyeglasses??

Question: for me, i am nearsighted...i see things slightly far blurred already...i am experiencing difficulties seeing from afar...and i don't want to wear eyeglasses...
Answers: Under normal circumstances there is nothing you can do to prevent your eyesight from getting worse! Your eyesight changes naturally over time! If you are nearsighted it is very common as you grow for your eyesight to change as well. Being nearsighted is due to your eyeball being longer then normal and the light entering your eyes is coming into focus in front of your retina. This is why correction is needed to bend the light so it can be focused on the retina for a person to obtain clear vision!
Anyways, accelerated ortho k or ortho keratology has been attributed to slowing down the progression of myopia (nearsightedness). This involves you wearing special contact lenses that gently reshape the surface of your eye while you sleep.
Accelerated Ortho-K uses reverse geometry contact lenses. Flattening the cornea reduces the focusing power of the eye. If the amount of corneal flattening is accurately controlled, it is possible to bring the eye into correct focus and compensate for myopia.
This improvement is temporary and the lens wearer must continue the prescribed wearing schedule to maintain the myopia reduction. This procedure allows you to not wear contacts or glasses during the day.

The best thing you can do is take good care of your eyes by maintaining a healthy diet. It won't necessarily stop your eyesight from getting worse, but it will keep your eyes healthy and from developing future problems!
There are many things that you can ingest that promote eye health like: vitamins A,C,E flaxseed oil, omega fatty acid 3, beta carotene. Take caution when taking these things because taking too much can be harmful.

Also reduce the amount of eyestrain you endure by taking breaks while you are on the computer/watching TV. Protect your eyes by always wearing 100% UV protected eyewear when spending time outside. UV rays are known to cause photokeratitis, growths like pterygium and pinguecula and the early onset of macular degeneration and cataracts.
As for the eye exercises it hasn't been proven that they actually work....even if they did a bit it wouldn't be enough to cure your vision.
I think the cheapest and easiest solution if you do not like the look of glasses would be contact lenses! You will need a contact lens exam/fitting to make sure your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses and to take measurements etc….
You should talk to your local eye doctor about your options and what would be best suited for you :)
If you don't want to wear eyeglasses you could wear contacts or (provided you're old enough that your eyes have stopped growing and changing) you could have surgery.
Sice that u have learnt that u have this defect u better take measures so that it doesn't get worse. A few years ago even I was in the same situation, and I dint wanna wear specs. The solution? If u really dislike the prospect of wearing glasses, u cud alwez try out Contact Lenses (Im telling u by experience)
But the thing is u have to manage them very well and take care very carefully lest u hurt ur eyes. This is the best substitute for glasses. Hurry up and dont delay, ur eyesight stands a high chance of becoming worse. There is also a surgery which u cud undergo after the age of 21.(this is the age most recommended by Ophthalmologists to undergo this surgery)
