Do i have "the third eye"??
Question: Normally at night I see a small cluster of yellow and orange, if I keep looking further I see a small dot then looking further again I see an eye for about 5 seconds

What is it exactly?
Answers: If it's constant consult eye doctor , third eye is another thing but you can acquire it , do you want it ?

It is your imagination and your optic nerve having fun together.
Or it couold be a tumor on your pineal gland which lives deep in the brain, in the middle of the forehead and can cause visual disturbances.

a third eye is when you see paranormal stuff (ghosts, spirits, etc.) like a psychic, do you go into a dark room suddenly? A sudden change in lighting (from a well lit room to a really dark room) can have an illusion of spots before your eyes because it is trying to adjust so that you could see
The third eye is a metaphysical phenomenon. The third eye chakra is where intuition and second sight resides.
As for your visual phenomenon, it's probably some sort of residual image, such as when you look at a light or a spot, then look away or close your eyes. The retinal pigments are more subject to this in dimmer light (which is why it hurts when you turn on the light in the bathroom at 3 a.m.)
If you are concerned at all, please ask your optometrist about this at your next visit.
