What is the cause of this on my eye????
Question: I woke up this morning with a bright red round spot of like blood on the white of my right eye. I don't know what caused it. I haven't sneezed or coughed hard enough to cause a vessel to rupture although I was helping move some heavy boxes around in a classroom on Tuesday but would it have taken days to happen?? what causes ruptured blood vessels in an persons eye?????

could be a stressor, could ba a blood clot, could have something stuck in your eye...i would get to a doctor as soon as possible to have it looked at though.
Eye fatigue can cause ruptured blood vessels ... like spending too much time in front of the computer!!
Do you wear contacts? If you do you maybe didn't clean them or something.
You might have an eye infection. Seek attn. Immediately.
