Answers: If ou know you are due for it and want to try inducing the period, make Parsley Tea. You need fresh parsley, not dried. Warning it tastes AWFUL!

High doeses of Vit C can be used to induce periods. Be careful with this one.
ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) to induce several periods. I've only had it bring on my period a day or two sooner than it would have come otherwise. It's important to use pure Vitamin C without bioflavinoids; bioflavinoids are most commonly seen with Vitamin C in the form of rose hips, so check what your bottle says and purchase a new one if necessary/feasible.
I also recommend taking something to help out your kidneys, since there are mixed opinions as to whether large amounts of ascorbic acid will harm them. Try dandelion tea, available for purchase at my local health food store. (Don't know what's in your area.)
And when people say a lot, they're generally talking in terms of 5-10g per day. but stick more in the 5-7g per day range.
If you're just trying to regulate your period, the easiest and most common way to do that is go on hormonal birth control pills.
Go on the pill. It will help you become more regular
Yup - the oral contraceptive pill.
have you tried essential oil of lavender? add 5-6 drops to your bath water
