I have severe abdo pains and am bleeding almost constantly, always tired, losing weight. What is it??
Question: This has been going on for months, but its getting worse.
Answers: The feelings of being tired can be from losing blood and causing you to be enemic which would be a valid reason- I assume you are talking about your period when you say you are bleeding all the time. I am not going to give medical advice to you because I am not a doctor. I am a student nurse that will be graduating in a couple of months. However, I feel that you may be putting this off and not going to the doctor for fear of what you may find out. I will tell you from personal experience that prolonging something for fear of the unknown will actually put you at more risk because if there is something going on you may pass the point of being able to be fixed - Please make an appt. It could be a number of things. The location of the abdomen that is hurting ? is it high or low? around the ovary area? It could be as simple as severe menstrual cramps that you may need to be placed on estrogen for ..aka birth control..GO TO THE DOCTOR. Pray about it - but the longer you put it off the longer you are going to worry and be at risk..It could be something simple yet turn into something major...GO GO GO GO GOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Best advice go to Doctor
see a doc
Go see your gyno. It may be Ovarian cancer.
Could be PID or endometriosis, have you seen a doctor?
umm bleeding is natures way of telling you to go to the doctor.
you need to see a doctor , yesterday. You are obviously not going to get better without medical help!
I Can only give you this STRONG advice!!!!! GO TO A DOCTOR!!!! This sounds very serious and no one on here should be giving medical advice!!!!!!
Go to a doctor and get your blood count checked immediately. When this happened to me, my doctor told me I could have died, my count was so low. I had to have a transfusion.
I can't tell you what's wrong with you. You don't say if your male or female or how old you are, what medications you are taking.
Please go to the doctor right away. Bleeding for months is severely unhealthy and the stomach pains must be hell. You need to see a doctor ASAP. It could be several things, such as endometriosis or diabetes, but everything can be treated. Pls get med help.
Endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, certain malignancies, uterine polyps, PCOS, pituitary concerns, von Willebrands, clotting disorder, and hormonal issues all immediately come to mind. You really need to have this checked out...blood tests, endometrial biopsy, hysteroscopy, ultrasound and even a hysterosalpingogram can lend a better idea as to the cause of your menorrhagia; once you know the cause, your treatment can be tailored specifically to help you. You really do need to get this checked out ASAP. You should also be on iron supplements. Please see a GYN very, very soon. Good luck.
