Has taking the pill lowered your sex drive??
Question: Is there anything lower than ortho-tri-cyclin lo that won't kill my sex drive? Are there downsides to taking something lower? I'm too cheap to go to the gyno to ask, so please don't tell me to go to the doctor. I'm looking for personal experiences. Thanks!
Answers: honestly i didnt realize how low my sex drive was I was on the pill since i was 14 because of bad periods but i just got off of the pill and i want it all the time....before i would tell my fiancee why are you touching me and roll over and go to bed....i guess he is greatful
My girlfriend is on it and she wants it all the time. I think the reason you may feel that way is a side effect. I used to be a pharmacy tech and I know that to be a side effect. Reason is it fools the body through synthetic hormones into thinking that it is already pregnant. But this can go either way in a woman. Either their sex drive is in neutral, or it is in overdrive. Talk to your doctor about trying a lower dose. There are ones out there that may help you. Your doctor will know which would be best with the lowest chance of side effects if any at all.
