Can a sonogram tell the difference between a 9 week and a 12 week fetus??
Question: I had a d&c on april 4th. I bled lightly from the 17th to the 21st and thought it was my period. had a positive hpt on june 19th. my first sonogram was on june 30th and saw a sac. my second was on july 27th and was dated at 9w3d. I am wondering how accurate this is and if there is any chance my period was actually implantation bleeding and I am 2 or 3 weeks farther along.
