I have this red blotchy flaky rash type thing on my chin, does anyone know what it is and/or how to treat it??

Question: I think it it derived from pimples on my chin. It kind of burns, I put neosporin(sp?) on it and it's not helping. It almost looks and feels like I got a sunburn on only my chin. Does anyone have any tips on what to do before I can see a doctor?
Answers: might be contact allergy. have you been using (skin product, etc.) or eating anything new?
Sounds like ringworm or psoriasis
Have you been kissing a guy who hasn't shaved today? because it sounds like the rash my girlfriend gets when I haven't shaved
It could be just a case of dry skin i often get it if i use products that dry my skin out and is often around spots try using a milder fash wash or face products also moisturise daily and use a skin cream for example E45
