I'm 43 years old ,I want to loose weight how can I do it.??
Question: I am 43 years old and I'm married with 2 lovely kids. They are always teasing me because of my body that I really gained a lot not like before when I was still single. How can I loose weight?
Answers: Stop eating so much. Weigh the food you eat.
Cut out these things:
No Sugars, no carrotts, no fruit which has sugar in it.
No oils, other than Olive or coconut oils.
Do not use any butter, margarine.
Do 10 sit ups, fifteen times through out your day.
Do 10 push ups, fifteen times a day.
Do 10 squats, fifteen times a day.
do all this for 5 days a week.
On friday, you can eat what ever you want to, in moderation.
This should make you feel much better in three weeks.
Here is how you can do it . Eating Healthy Choice , drinking Slim Fast of course you can eat fruits and you heave to work out or at least walk allot after work or something . I lost 30 pounds within 3 months .
Best thing to do is Watch what you eat and excersize a little bit.
any SODA (Can=1 cup of sugar!) is bad Lay off the soda. Drink Plenty of water.
Lay off the Breads and the butter. Also, you can try replacing 2 meals a day with Special K Cereal or any other good cereal. (said on TV you can loose up to 10 pounds in 2 weeks). Mainly, just diet good and Excersize. I had a cousin lost 15 pounds just by walking on the tredmill & eat small everyday for a half a month. Good Luck!
