Can I still grow taller??

Question: I am a 24 year old woman and I am 5'2 . I was wondering if there are any real effective medicines, operations and/or exercises that help increase height?

*thanks*
Answers: No growing medicines,

Make sure you have correct posture. Correct posture can give the appearance of a taller person. In some cases, if you slouch, you can add an inch or two by standing straight.

Correct posture will also prevent you from losing hieght as you age.
Sorry not at that age.
Yeah, they can break the bones in your legs and keep the bones apart so you can grow another 2 inches. Sounds wonderful right? By the way, I'm a 24 year old woman that's only 4'11 I wouldn't bother trying to be taller than you are.

Women stop growing at age 21, so no there is no way for you to grow naturally. Now unless you want to invest alot of money and pain into bone extension surgery, then that's about all you can do. there is not natural supplement for lengthening your bones. and the only thing exercise increases the length of would be the muscle your working. such as the calve muscles, the thigh muscle, you know muscles like that.
